USDG Rewards Terms - OKX Singapore

1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the USDG Rewards program, which allows you to accrue rewards ("Rewards") on the USDG you hold in your OKX Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("OKX SG") account.

2. These Terms shall supplement our OKX SG Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency of any term or provision set forth in these Terms and our OKX SG Terms of Service, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence first to these Terms.

3. By accessing OKX SG's USDG Rewards page and participating in this program, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

4. When you buy, convert, or transfer USDG to your OKX SG account, and you then hold that USDG, you will earn Rewards.

5. You understand and agree that Rewards do not constitute any yield that may be generated by the underlying assets backing USDG. You further understand and agree that Rewards are accrued at a rate, which may be modified, changed, varied, or discontinued at any time without notice. The USDG Rewards' Annual Percentage Yield ("APY") published on the OKX SG website from time-to-time only represents an estimate and does not represent the actual Rewards you will receive, and may also not reflect any compounding. There may be a delay before your Rewards are eligible for transaction validation and earnings of Rewards.

6. Your Rewards:

Are calculated based on your prevailing USDG balance on your OKX SG account and accrue every day.
Are distributed to your OKX SG Account weekly around Wednesday (UTC +0).
Will not accrue if your order is not successful.
May be subject to a maximum limit.

7. Only eligible OKX SG customers will be able to participate in this Rewards program. Eligibility for the Rewards is determined by OKX SG at its sole and absolute discretion. You must pass or have previously passed OKX SG’s advanced identity verification.

8. USDG invested in trading bots (where such trading bots are offered and permitted in your jurisdiction) are not eligible for any Rewards accrual and distribution.

9. All applicable direct or indirect taxes, as well as any fees or additional expenses arising from the acceptance, receipt and use of Rewards under this event, shall be your sole responsibility. This includes, without limitation, any connection, installation, or service-related charges.

10. You may opt out of or back into the USDG Rewards program at any time.

11. Rewards do not represent profits or yield generated by the underlying assets. Upon distribution of the Rewards, your Rewards remain under your control at all times. OKX SG will not utilise your funds without your express permission. Your Rewards may vary and may be discontinued without prior notice. We strongly recommend that you review the Rewards program updates regularly to stay informed of any changes.

12. USDG is not legal tender. OKX SG is not a bank or depository institution, and your USDG balance does not constitute a deposit account. The Rewards are independent of and may not align with prevailing market rates for traditional bank deposit accounts.

13. This Rewards program is not (i) investment advice or an investment recommendation; (ii) an offer or solicitation to buy or sell crypto/digital assets; or (iii) financial, accounting, legal, or tax advice. You should carefully consider whether trading or holding crypto/digital assets is suitable for you in light of your financial condition and risk tolerance. Please consult your legal/tax/investment professional for questions about your specific circumstances. Crypto/digital assets, including stablecoins and NFTs, are subject to market volatility, involve a high degree of risk, can lose value. Historical returns are not indicative of future returns and past performance is not indicative of future results. OKX SG is not responsible for any potential losses. Not all products offered in all regions and this activity may be limited or not offered in some markets. 14. OKX SG reserves the right to monitor participant behavior during the event and to disqualify any user it deems to have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise irregular conduct. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using accounts or personal information belonging to others, submitting falsified KYC documentation, manipulating trading volume, engaging in wash trading or self-dealing, repeatedly recycling on-chain funds, participating in reward farming groups, or any other illegal, deceptive, or harmful activities. OKX SG reserves the right to revoke a participant’s eligibility without prior notice in the event of any such conduct.

15. OKX SG reserves the right to interpret these Terms as it sees fit. It reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, exclude any participants from this program, and/or cancel this program without prior notice.

18. If there is a discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and the translation of the other language version, the English version shall prevail.
