    • If the sender shares a payment link via SMS or email, clicking the link will take you directly to our app download page (if you don’t have it yet), allowing you to access your funds.
Note: Before you can claim or use the funds, you must complete identity verification. This is required to meet compliance standards and protect both you and your assets from fraudulent activity.
Without completing this step, you won’t be able to receive or manage the transferred assets.

    • If you have a Pay account, the funds will automatically appear in your Pay balance.

15. How can I recover my Pay account?

  • You can easily restore your passkey using cloud backup through iCloud (on iOS) or Google Password Manager (on Android).

  • If cloud backup is unavailable, you can contact our customer support team to reset a new passkey (Pay account).

16.How can I restore my Pay account after changing devices?

Changing devices: If you switch to a new device, as long as your new device (with the same Google or Apple ID) supports passkeys and you sign in with your existing account, you can continue using your passkey normally. This is because passkeys are stored in the cloud (such as Google Password Manager or iCloud Keychain), not on a single device.Switching from Android to iPhone: When using a passkey across different systems, you can complete verification by scanning a QR code. When an action requiring passkey verification is initiated on the new Apple device, it will generate a QR code. Use your old Android device to scan the code. Once the verification is successful, the operation can be completed provided that the passkey on the Android device is still available.

17.How can I access Pay if it is not supported on my Android devices?

If you want to access Pay features, you must create a passkey. We recommend logging in to Google services or using an iOS device.

Yes, you can still use Pay and log in using a fingerprint or password.

You can increase your balance by depositing from the exchange or receiving funds on-chain.

20. How can I convert my balance in my Pay account into Fiat?

You can transfer the balance in your Pay account to your exchange's funding or trading account, and then use the exchange’s supported trading, conversion, or withdrawal functions to convert your balance into fiat or other cryptocurrencies. Please ensure your account has completed identity verification and complies with relevant regulations.
